igal2 is a quick and easy program for placing your images online with just one command-line. It generates a pretty good-looking set of W3-compliant static HTML slides even with its default settings.
A quick and simple way to create a gallery of images. The default output isn’t, in fact, ‘pretty good-looking’, but the templates are easy to tweak.
id3shit is a commandline based id3 editor that sucks a little bit less than the alternatives. It can read, write and strip tags, rename files based on the metadata and that’s about it.
Unfortunately named, but very simple to use, eg.:

pimpd2 is a command-line based MPD client that implements all the features the author was missing from the other awesome client, mpc.
Including the ability to favourite songs, move or delete the currently playing album, and various handy options for working with playlists.
