Factotum
Factotum lets you control various popular music sites with the media keys on your Mac keyboard—just hold down ⌘ + Shift and whack a media key to play, pause and skip around on your favourite streaming site1.
Factotum works with sixteen sites at the time of writing, inlcuding most of the usual suspects—iPlayer, rdio, Last.fm, Grooveshark, &c.. I’ve been using it a lot over the past couple of days with iPlayer’s radio streams.

If like me you have ‘Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys’ checked in System Preferences > Keyboard, you’ll need to hit fn too. Obvious, you might think, but it took me a while to work that out! ↩
