ponyHost

ponyHost lets you to easily create Amazon S3 website buckets, push files to them and make them available under a *.ponyho.st or custom domain

Very easy to use:

First

ponyhost create your-site

then

ponyhost push your-site

The only downside is that ponyHost won’t (yet) remove files that you’ve deleted locally from your S3 bucket.
